If Firefox displays a 'Script is busy' message when attempting to back up an extension, theme, or optional item, it is a good indication that that portion of the backup failed. If this happens, uncheck this option and run 'Verify extensiin directory' in FEBE Options > Debug to determine which backup item is failing.
